We innovate new processes and coatings for customers with unique requirements and our services provide consistent high quality coatings on most metals, alloys, ceramics, alumina, magnets and plastics.
Plating thicknesses range from 0.00001″ to 0.006″ and custom thickness may be available upon request. Our electroless Nickel services utilize ASTM B607-91 Boron and MIL-C-26074 Phos coatings on a wide variety of substrate materials.

- We offer soft or hard gold, nickel, silver, copper, platinum, rhodium and other plating materials.

Servicing electroless nickel boron and electroless nickel phosphorus coatings on a wide variety of substrates.
- Substrates include metals, alloys, beryllium, kovar, stainless steel ceramics and plastic substrates.
- Tungstan, CuW (ThermkonTM), Nitinol, Ti, Mo, SmCo, Mo and NdFeB magnets.
- We will develop new plating processes for custom coatings upon customer request.
- Recently we implemented a Ni Oxide coating process which is a Ni paste vs. a traditional wet process.
- We also offer a sintering process which can be performed as a post plating operation.
With extensive heat-treat capabilities and a well-trained technical staff our high quality coatings provide high temperature, corrosion and oxidation protection for the most challenging applications.
