Brazing Capabilities
Our brazing capabilities produce metal-to-metal, ceramic-to-metal and ceramic-to-ceramic assemblies.
- Equipped with vacuum brazing and hydrogen brazing furnaces.
- Furnace temperatures ranging from 300° to 1600°C, plus step brazing.
- Employ torch brazing processes and equipment.
- Automated batch furnaces provide low to high-volume production services.
We can braze aluminum oxide (Al2O3), copper, kovar, molybdenum, copper tungsten (CuW), zirconia, beryllium oxide (BeO), silicon nitride, and many other materials. All of our assemblies are measured with a Helium Leak Detector and are leak tight to customer specifications and/or 1e-8 mbar L/sec or better.
Laser Welding
INTA laser welds complex assemblies, automation and repair applications, hermetic joints, and a wide range of metals including 300-400 series stainless steels, nickel alloys (kovar, invar, inconel), hastelloy and other high temp alloys. We work on different applications including medical device components, automotive, aerospace, electronics and micro components.
